Shipping
How are orders affected by US tariffs?
Unfortunately, due to the uncertainty surrounding the tariffs situation in the states, US shipping is currently restricted to only lettermail (orders <50g).

Where do you ship to?
I am currently able to ship to everywhere in the world!

Is shipping tracked?
Shipping will not include tracking unless specified in the "shipping options" at checkout.
Orders over $85 CAD will receive free tracked shipping within Canada.
Where is my order?
Unfortunately, tracking information is only available if the option is selected at checkout.
Please understand that for lettermail + untracked orders, once it is dispatched, I will not have any further information.
My package was lost
Oh no!
For tracked orders, please send me a message with your order number and tracking number, and I'll do my best to help!
For untracked orders, 14 business days should be added to any delivery estimate to account for any delays on the post depot's end.
Also, please note that customs may cause significant delays for orders going to the USA or International locations.

What is your turnaround time?
Currently, customers can expect their order to be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days of placing their order! Please send me a message if you'd like a rush order!
Where are your products made?
Mad Love is proudly Canadian and strives to produce as many products in Canada as possible!
Prints, cards, buttons, button magnets, and bookmarks are all handmade by me in my home studio in Mississauga.
Stickers, magnets, and notepads are outsourced to a Canadian manufacturer.
A few future items may be outsourced from International suppliers and manufacturers outside of North America.
Can you do custom-sized prints?
Absolutely! I can produce prints in any larger and non-standard size up to 40 inches in width.

Do you sell anywhere in-person?
I do! Please refer to my wholesale + in-person events page for more info, as well as a list of my current stockists!
Are you items available for wholesale or bulk orders?

Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are considered on a case to case basis. Please message me ASAP if there is a problem with your order.

Are you available for a project?
Yes! I am always available for freelance projects and commissions.
How much do you charge for a project?
Fees are charged on a per-project basis, and are determined by a number of factors (including scope, deadline, client, etc). Please send me a message to learn more!
